JAIIM is a fully open-access journal published by Novadex Publications. All articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication and are distributed under an open license that encourages the sharing and reuse of scientific knowledge.

Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant the Journal of AI and Integrative Medicine (JAIIM) and Novadex Publications a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Preserve the article.

  • Identify JAIIM as the original publisher.

  • Promote and disseminate the published work.

12. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Copyright

Authors using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools during manuscript preparation remain fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with copyright laws and intellectual property requirements.

Authors must ensure that AI-generated content:

  • Does not infringe third-party copyrights.

  • Does not reproduce protected material without authorization.

  • Is original or appropriately attributed.

  • Complies with the journal's AI Policy and Plagiarism Policy.

AI systems cannot own copyright or be recognized as authors of scholarly works.

JAIIM takes allegations of copyright infringement seriously.

If a potential infringement is identified, the Editorial Office may:
