Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant the Journal of Agricultural Technology and Food Systems (JATAFS) and Novadex Publications a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

Authors using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools during manuscript preparation remain fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with copyright laws and intellectual property requirements.

Authors must ensure that AI-generated content:

  • Does not reproduce protected material without authorization.

  • Is original or appropriately attributed.

AI systems cannot own copyright or be recognized as authors of scholarly works.
